Rules

All Play Format

Each week teams score points based on the performance of their players. After all games are finished teams are sorted based on total points scored, and Win-Loss records are assigned for team performance against the entire league. These Win-Loss records are then added to a team’s total Win-Loss record for the season.

Auction Draft

  • Each team is allocated a budget of $200 to spend on players.

  • Owners take turns nominating players for auction.

  • Teams bid against each other in real-time to secure players.

  • The highest bidder wins the player, and the bid amount is deducted from their budget.

  • This system ensures that all team owners have an equal opportunity to secure the players they desire most.

Free Agency Acquisition Budget (FAAB)

  • Each team is given a budget of $100 at the start of the season to bid on free agents.

  • Team owners submit secret bids for available players each week.

  • The highest bid wins the player, and the winning bid amount is deducted from the team's FAAB.

  • This system replaces the traditional waiver wire, adding strategy to free agency pickups.

Trade Counter Offer Period

  • After a trade has been accepted, a 24-hour counter-offer period begins.

  • During this period, any league member can propose alternative trade ideas to the parties involved in the original trade.

  • If either party wishes to back out of the original trade and accept a new, presumably better trade offer, the commissioner will facilitate the process.

  • This rule ensures the best possible trades and encourages active participation from all league members.

Substitute Rule

  • Each team is allowed one substitute move per season during the regular season.

  • After all games have been played for a week, a player from the bench can be moved into the starting lineup.

  • Substitutes must be submitted on the All Play Fantasy website before 10 AM on Tuesdays following the completion of all games for that week.

  • This rule provides an additional layer of strategy and flexibility in managing your roster.
